User Choice Program – Cert II in Retail Makeup & Skincare SIB20110

The User Choice Program provides public funding for the delivery of the Qualification SIB20110 -Certificate II in Retail Makeup & Skincare to apprentices and trainees, specifically school – based apprentices and trainees.

Demi International Beauty Academy – (RTO) 32542 has been selected as a Pre – qualified Supplier for the delivery of the Qualification SIB20110 -Certificate II in Retail Makeup & Skincare to apprentices & trainees under the User Choice Program.  Therefore if you are in year 10,11 or 12 and complete your qualification while at school there is no cost to you or your family and you will be a qualified Makeup Artist able to work on Makeup Counters such as Napolean, MAC, Bobby Brown, Myer, David Jones or as a Freelance Makeup Artist. You would get a $2700 Makeup Artistry Qualification for no cost!

Take your first steps into the exciting makeup industry.  You will learn all the basics of day, evening, fashion, photographic and retail makeup, focusing on the correct techniques of applying makeup. You will also learn how to:

  • Apply strip and individual lashes
  • Design and apply smokey eyes
  • Create makeup for black & white and colour photography
  • Apply makeup in relation to face, eye and lip shapes
  • Colour match and mix foundations to skin tones

School Based Apprentices & Trainees (SATS)

School based apprentices and trainees undertake an apprenticeship or traineeship as part of their high school studies. A school based apprentice and trainees employment and / or training arrangements must impact on their school timetable for the program to be considered ‘school – based’.

School based apprentices and trainees are exempt from paying student fees under the User Choice program whilst they are at school and the government will pay 100% of your tuition fees to complete the Qualification SIB20110 – Certificate II in Retail Makeup & Skincare with Demi International Beauty Academy
